Welcome to our site, and thank you for taking a step towards your adventure in healing. This site is intended to educate clients, physicians and students in the subject of massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, and alternative therapies. Click on the topics on the left side menu or the top drop down menus to discover what modality will be supportive in your recovery and healing process.
We aim to create an environment of self awareness and empowerment with a variety of modalities to assist you in the path of self healing and personal growth. We cater to individuals interested in participating in their ability to choose to be actively involved and responsible for their well being and health with body work as well as physical trengthening and stretching, traditional medicine, surgery, alternative and naturopathic medicine, as well as nutritional resources. It is important that when seeking treatment of any kind you remain focused on keeping your appointments and following through with home care as well in order for the therapy to work. Making a commitment to your health and well being is a financial investment in your future.
We provide a variety of massage related modalities to improve your current state of health, whether it be from injuries both new and old, surgery recovery, scar incision softening, fribromyalgia, CFIDS, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel, cancer rehabilitation, pregnancy discomfort, work or personal stress and many more maladies listed through out the site.

Our links and alternative therapies section will also provide additional resources for you to research and investigate other avenues of your health care as well, and complement whatever medical protocol you are currently under. It is important that you check with your medical doctor in regards to alternative therapies and supplements so there are no contraindications to your treatment process.

Scheduling, Payments & Cancellations
To schedule an appointment please call: 425-284-2120
Please allow time to fill out medical history. If you are coming for Post Surgical or Lymphatic Drainage the first appointment is usually 1.5 hours to make an assessment, unless otherwise contracted by your surgeon as part of your surgery package.
Please allow 24 hours for cancellations out of respect for the practitioner as well as other clients who are on a waiting list for specific times. Pre-payment of future services will be requested if there are no shows or less than 24-hour notice is given.
Our billing is strictly cash or check, we do not bill insurance companies at this time but we are becoming accredited, we will be happy to provide a receipt /invoice so that you may be reimbursed by your insurance provider until we can bill directly. Having a presctiption from your medical provider is helpful to support the purpose of treatment and most insurance companies will honor that as part of your medical treatment process prescibed by your doctor.
We are licensed and contracted with Labor & Industries and will bill them for services rendered. We will take PIP on a case by case basis.
